Where is my workout data stored?

All your workout data is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad using Apple's SwiftData framework. The data never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable iCloud backup. We do not have any servers, and your data is completely offline and private.
Is my workout data backed up?

WorkOut Log supports optional iCloud backup, which you can enable in iOS Settings. When enabled, your workout data is automatically synced across all your Apple devices signed into the same iCloud account. iCloud backup is encrypted by Apple and governed by Apple's privacy policy. If you don't enable iCloud backup, your data exists only on your device.
What happens if I uninstall and reinstall the app?

If you have iCloud backup enabled, your workout data will be automatically restored when you reinstall the app on any device signed into the same iCloud account. If you don't use iCloud backup, uninstalling the app will permanently delete all your workout data from that device, and it cannot be recovered.
Can I use WorkOut Log on multiple devices?

Yes! If you enable iCloud backup, WorkOut Log will sync your data across all your devices (iPhone, iPad) signed into the same iCloud account. However, note that each device operates independently when offline, and syncing happens automatically when devices connect to the internet. There is no real-time sync between devices.
What devices are supported?

WorkOut Log requires iOS 16.0 or later and is compatible with iPhone and iPad. The app is optimized for all screen sizes and orientations.
Does WorkOut Log require an internet connection?

No! WorkOut Log is designed to work completely offline. You can log workouts, track progress, and view analytics without any internet connection. The app only connects to the internet if you have iCloud backup enabled and your device is online for syncing purposes.
